So, I'm a woman who owns a race team. I may not be able to make a chassis adjustment, or fix a blown head gasket. But, I don't have to. That's not my job. It's my job to maintain, organize, prepare and delegate as to whom and what jobs are to be done.I run the team the same as I run my household; with care, order and integrity. Wiping juice of the kitchen floor is no different than wiping gear lube off the garage floor.
Have you ever noticed that even the human body is comprised of specific parts that play a certain role to make it function? This is the same way I view the team. Sure, I may be the owner, but not one team member’s job is of greater or less importance. We all work together to accomplish the same goal. I believe every member of the team was orchestrated by God's hands. He gave them the talent and skills, and the team gave them the opportunity to continue honing them. I am extremely grateful for each one of them. They are the heartbeat of the team, and I'm honored to have them part of it.
